Comprehensive insurance: Generally, trackdays are not covered by your comprehensive insurance, however, some insurance companies are willing to play along in the green group as this is primarily instructor-led.

Accident insurance : Many insurance companies require you to have extended accident insurance for riding a motorcycle, which in some cases will cover riding in the green group.

As a rule of thumb, however, you are required to take out additional insurance for dangerous sports when participating.

Travel insurance: When participating in trackdays abroad, you should always bring your blue health insurance card.
