Valhalla Racing accepts payment with Dankort/VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard and JCB.
1. General information
A legally binding agreement between you and VR is only concluded when you receive an order confirmation by email. The order confirmation is received upon payment for the event. Until you receive an order confirmation, VR is entitled to cancel your order in whole or in part, e.g. due to price and text errors or sold-out items.
3. Delivery
VR provides the service at the time specified in the order. The service is provided when the event is held, in whole or in part. The receipt sent for the order is used as access to the event.
VR reserves the right to change both the time and date of delivery of the service up to 14 days before the original date.
4. Payment
To shop with VR, you must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid credit card that we accept or make use of payment through either mobilepay or bank transfer.
At www.VahallaRacing.dk you can pay with Dankort, VISA/Dankort, VISA Electron, VISA, Eurocard/MasterCard and Maestro.
Foreign credit and debit cards are subject to a fee. Please note. In the event of bank transfer, you are not covered by the objection scheme. 1. The amount is immediately debited from your account when the order is received. All payment transactions are carried out by NETS. All card information is transmitted encrypted via SSL encryption (Secure Socket Layer).
5. Right of withdrawal
VR offers tickets to events and events. VR is therefore not covered by the rules on the right of withdrawal, cf. the Danish Sale of Goods Act.
If you have to cancel and cannot attend the purchased event, the following is offered: 1. No later than 30 days before: voucher for 80% of the purchase price 2. No later than 14 days before: Voucher for 30% of the purchase price 3. less than 14 days before: Voucher for 15% of the purchase price. Notice can be given to VR at www.ValhallaRacing.dk, e-mail: Info@valhallaracing.dk or sent to Valhalla Racing, Attn: Afbud, Bibliotekvej 49, 2650 Hvidovre. In your notification, you must clearly state which event you are unable to attend and the date of the event.
You can cancel by simply refusing to receive the service in case of no-show, without giving us clear notice that you wish to cancel.
In the event of a cancellation, the entire purchased event is canceled, so it is not possible to opt out or issue a voucher for cancellation of individual days purchased in an event.
The voucher will be sent by email upon receipt of the offer and can only be used to purchase events at VR.
6 Complaints
You must complain as soon as possible and always within a reasonable time after you have become aware of an error or defect in VR's events.
VR is only responsible for the services specified on the website that are associated with an event. See also the section on liability.
Information about complaints 1. If you wish to complain about your purchase, please contact our customer service on tel: 40575705 or by e-mail. 2. If we have not succeeded in finding a solution, you can complain to the Center for Complaint Resolution, Danish Competition and Consumer Authority, Carl Jacobsens vej 35, 2500 Valby. www.forbrug.dk. 3. The EU Commission's online complaint portal can also be used when filing a complaint. This is particularly relevant for consumers residing in another EU country. Complaints can be filed here - www.ec.europa.eu.odr When filing a complaint, you must provide our e-mail address.
7. rules
As a participant, it is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the regulations below. It is essential that you contact the event manager if you are unsure about anything.
Any reckless or otherwise irresponsible behavior will preclude driving on the facility and may, at the sole discretion of the event organizer, result in expulsion (expulsion will not result in any refund or reimbursement)
You must attend a driver meeting to review the rules of the event.
Before the ride, you must have your motorcycle checked. This is a safety inspection of your motorcycle, where the event organizer and you together check that the motorcycle is in good condition. Among other things, the following are checked: Brakes, steering, tires, etc. Please note that it is always your responsibility to ensure that the motorcycle is in good condition. If your motorcycle is deemed to be in unsafe condition during the safety inspection or during the day, the event organizer may order you to stop riding until the situation is rectified.
Participants' motorcycles must not make more noise than the applicable track rules, always check the track's own website or ask when booking.
All movement or staying in the pit area is prohibited unless they are waiting for their turn to drive and that time is imminent.
If you are not about to drive, you are considered a spectator and must stay behind the pit area/roadway fence.
In special cases, permission for other traffic in the pit area may be granted by the event organizer. Under no circumstances is it permitted to walk on the track area.
Officials' instructions must always be followed.
All loose, possibly unattached parts or effects must be removed from the motorcycle before riding and the use of an approved crash helmet is mandatory
It is not permitted to be under the influence of alcohol or narcotic drugs or other medication that may affect driving. Thus, you must not have consumed higher values than what the Danish Road Traffic Act normally specifies for driving outside private facilities.
8. Responsibility
Any participation is at your own expense and risk. VR is not liable for any damage caused by participants and their guests. Participants are responsible for any insurance that they deem necessary to cover their risk and participants are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the extent to which their accident insurance covers any damage to body or property in connection with participation in activities at VR. This also includes damage to. 3. person or their property.
Temporary stops may occur, for example: 1. Safety interruptions due to crashes, oil spills, etc. 2. Interruptions due to bad weather. 3. The event organizer suspends the ride.
No compensation will be paid for interruptions of any kind pursuant to the above points or other reasons that could lead to a break in the journey. This applies regardless of the length of the interruption.
9. personal data
We collect and process personal data about you (including name, address, telephone number and email address, information about your purchases and payment data) in order to fulfill the agreement with you, to comply with your requests and to send you newsletters and marketing. We do not disclose your information to third parties unless we are entitled to do so, however, disclosure may occur in connection with a restructuring or sale of our business. All processing and disclosure of personal data will be in accordance with the Danish Personal Data Act.
The data controller is Valhalla Racing ApS, Bibliotekvej 49, 2650 Hvidovre, and you can obtain information about what is registered about you by contacting us. The registered information is stored for 5 years in accordance with the Danish Bookkeeping Act.
10. Insurances
VR offers you the opportunity to take out insurance for track driving. If you want to take out insurance, you can find the prices and terms and conditions on our website.
There is a 14-day right of withdrawal on insurance policies.
